What types of apartments are available at We 2 and We 3?
Both buildings offer rental-only units, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom condos (2½, 3½, 4½, and 5½ layouts). Each unit features bright, minimalist spaces designed for an active lifestyle in the heart of downtown Gatineau.
Can I tour an apartment before renting it?
Yes. You can experience our immersive showroom, which lets you explore the layouts and finishes before making your choice. Tours are available at the leasing office, either by appointment or walk-in, depending on availability.
What is the difference between We 2 and We 3?
We 2 is the first phase of the project, which is already occupied, while We 3 is the new phase: a 29-story tower at the corner of Wellington and Saint-Rédempteur streets, offering even more common areas (including a second swimming pool and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views). Both buildings share the same common areas and the same all-inclusive urban lifestyle philosophy.
Are the apartments furnished?
The units are unfurnished, but they come ready to move in: five appliances (including a washer and dryer), central air conditioning, internet, and roller shades are already included, which significantly reduces what you need to provide.
Are pets allowed?
We 2 and We 3 are definitely “pet-friendly.” In fact, there’s a pet store called Chico on the ground floor and a pet grooming station in the basement.
